Understanding Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Cuyahoga County offers three types of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to help you set aside pre-tax dollars for medical, dependent and parking/transportation expenses. FSAs have a unique set of rules which must be followed for you to take advantage of the tax-savings of the accounts.
