The Cuyahoga County Wellness Program offers a variety of perks to benefits-eligible (full- and part-time) employees whether they enroll in our healthcare benefits plans or not. We have a popular Wellness Incentive Program that provides four levels of rewards for completing required program activities in the online Wellness platform. Earn up to $500 for completing health and wellness activities like an annual provider and preventive care visit, chronic conditions management, and a host of other activities throughout the year:
- Onsite/online educational programs, events, and activities.
- Onsite health clinics, including flu shots and biometric screenings.
- Wellness Centers in several Cuyahoga County buildings that provide fitness equipment and group fitness classes.
If you choose to participate in the program a must be completed biannually.

Employee Assistance Program
Cuyahoga County partners with Moore Counseling & Mediation Services, Inc. to provide confidential professional assistance to employees and their family members. An EAP helps employees manage personal problems at home or work.
The EAP can provide personalized guidance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Wherever employees and their families live, work or travel, the EAP staff of professionals is available to provide immediate help, with services throughout the United States.
