RTA Discount Passes

You can sign up for RTA passes any time. The request form must be turned in to payroll by the 15th of the month to receive a pass for the following month.

Note: Monthly Bus/Rapid pass holders can use Park-N-Ride for an additional 25 cents each occurrence.

If you’re interested in a bus, rapid or Park-N-Ride pass, here are your next steps:

• Fill out the electronic RTA Commuter Benefit Form.
• Be sure to click “Submit,” and the form will be sent to your Payroll Officer or Payroll Administrator.
• Payroll deduction for bus/rapid and Park-N-Ride passes will be taken from the first pay period of each month.
• Employees receive email notification to pick up their bus pass for the upcoming month during the second pay period.
