Pay Your Taxes


Real estate property taxes are billed twice a year, with payment due in mid-February and mid-July.

Manufactured home property taxes are billed twice a year, with payment due in early March and late July.

The Treasurer's Office wants to make paying taxes as simple as possible for Cuyahoga County taxpayers. Below, please find additional information on tax rates, the tax calculations, and your options for making payments.

Pay by e-check or credit/debit card.

Things to Know
  • There is no fee for payments by electronic check.
  • Fees apply when paying online using a debit or credit card. Debit cards are a flat fee of $2.95 and credit cards are 2.3% with a minimum charge of $1.50.
