IMPORTANT NOTICE:
On December 19, 2025, Governor DeWine signed House Bill 186 into law. This bill enacted the Inflation Cap Credit, indexing revenue growth for certain school levies to inflation. Due to implementation of the new law, 2nd Half tax bills were delayed. Real estate property tax bills are due August 13, 2026. Manufactured home property tax bills are due August 31, 2026.
