The Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) provides free, confidential, one-on-one financial counseling for Cuyahoga County residents. Our certified counselors meet you where you are—without judgment—and work alongside you to create real-world solutions that fit your goals.

Taxpayer Assistance Program
Are you 67 years of age or older, have a household income under $70K, and are currently certified delinquent in your property taxes? You may be eligible for property tax assistance.
