Mail Messenger Service
This service provides mail and messenger services to over 30 County sites and handles over 8.5 million pieces of mail annually. Offices are in the Administration Building, Corrections Center, Virgil E. Brown Building, and the Jane Edna Hunter Building.

Parking Services
Parking services is an enterprises fund where fees are set to recover both operating and capital costs that allow it to be self-supportive. Our parking services manages three public parking facilities in the downtown government area and employee only lots at various County locations.

Print and Reproduction
This service provides high-volume fast copy and office copy services for County entities and coordinates the procurement of outside printing services for specialized requests. In-house printing and fast copy operations provide an economic and rapid method for County agencies to obtain their fast copying/printing needs.

Fleet & Transportation Services
Fleet Services are responsible for managing the County pool fleet for the purchase, maintenance, repairs and fueling for approximately 382 vehicles and all County equipment.

Environmental Health and Safety
The Department of Public Works Environmental Compliance service is committed to ensuring a healthy and safe work environment for all County employees and occupants. This section is responsible for assuring that County facilities are following various federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Environmental compliance manages and oversees the County’s Underground Storage Tank Compliance Program, the Asbestos Operation & Maintenance Program, Disposal of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste, investigation, resolution of indoor air quality, lead-based paint, mold, environmental/ occupational health complaints, as well as providing technical assistance to other County Departments and Agencies required to stay in compliance.
