March 31, 2020 , on behalf of Saint Servan Centre LTD. Cuyahoga County has Submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“USEPA”) the Analysis of Brownfield Clean-up Activities and the Remedial Action Plan, to utilize USEPA funds to remove Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from the existing vacant structure at 4291 Richmond Road, Warrensville Hts., Ohio prior to redevelopment of this 14.67 acre site.
